Annually in April, Lee County Bank participates in Community Bank Month and conducts various charitable contributions. For 2021, the bank decided to host a food drive as a way to give back to the community. Part of the fun was had was when they split the employees up into teams and made it a challenge. The winning team received a homemade trophy to display in their department, as well as bragging rights. A whopping 513 items were brought in by the winning team alone! In total, Lee County Bank was able to donate 882 pounds to the food pantry between customer and employee donations.
